XAT: Xavier Aptitude Test

The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is the national level aptitude test conducted by Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI).

Eligibility



Eligibility

Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2017 may also apply. All Indian candidates must appear for XAT 2017. However NRI and foreign candidates may apply through GMAT score (except Dubai and Kathmandu wherein candidates have an option of appearing for XAT 2017).

 

Eligibility for XLRI Programmes

Eligibility for Human Resource Management (HRM and Business Management (BM):

Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2017 may also apply. All Indian candidates must appeared for XAT 2017. However NRI and foreign candidates may apply through GMAT score (except Dubai and Kathmandu where in candidates have option of appearing for XAT 2017).


General Management Programme


The General Management Program aims at augmenting the skill-sets and competencies of practicing managers. Exposing them to recent trends, tools and techniques in Management would prepare them to enhance performance. This 15 month, full time AICTE recognized course incorporates a 3-month field based training in a functional area.

Eligibility:

Recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in India/abroad with at least 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience by March 31, 2017.

Candidates may apply either through XAT 2017 or GMAT score (taken between December 01, 2014 and December 20, 2016).
